Judy Minaudo

Judy Minaudo (Garapolo) born to eternal life Dec. 3, 2013, 74, after battling COPD for 20 years. Judy was born and raised in Chicago, Ill., by her parents, Frank and Marcella, along with her sister, Pat, and brother Butch, who all preceded her in death.  

She attended Providence High School and raised six children with her husband, Andy, who she met on a blind date. They were married for 54 years. Judy was involved in bowling and golf leagues through the years and chaired several organizations, the most recent being the Howard Young Pulmonary Rehab support group. 

The family would like to thank Ministry Health Care Hospice for their support and all their friends at Pulmonary Rehab for their love and prayers. 

Judy will be dearly missed by her best friend and loving husband, Andy; and children Joe (Jenny), Sue (Jay) Schlitt, Cathy (Ken) Reif, Tony (Kathy), Tina (Jeff) Dorward, and Christy (Brian) Enright. Also survived and loved by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with another due in January. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, 11 a.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sayner.

Visitation wil be held for one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Howard Young Pulmonary Rehab: 240 Maple St., Woodruff, WI  54568.  

The Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home, Eagle River, is handling the arrangement.
