We are starting to see cooler weather here in North Carolina. It was such a wet summer here that the water table has been contaminated with black soil. The dirt is coming out and clogging the faucets. I’m hoping that autumn will be drier but judging from the constant cloud cover I doubt it.
I love the cooler weather of autumn and the changing of the leaves. The crisper weather and the lower humidity seem to help my C.O.P.D. and arthritis. I get a lot more done in autumn than in summer. One of the things that gets done is more artwork. These are some of my fall art pieces.
