HAINES CITY – Eleanor Haskins, 77, of Haines City, FL, passed away on December 30, 2014, of COPD.
She was born on April 18, 1937, in DeFuniak Springs, FL, and moved to Haines City as a young child. Eleanor was of the Episcopalian faith and owned and operated Eleanor’s Beauty Salon in Haines City. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and of course she was known for her shopping.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Nellie Matthews. Eleanor is survived by her husband of 32 years, Wayne Haskins, children, David Talbott of Haines City, Pam (Jimmy) Hancock of Davenport, FL, Nancy (Bobby) Talarico of Haines City; siblings, Linda Davidson of Beeville, TX, Harold Matthews of South Carolina; grandchildren, Mika Dixon, Clay & Josh Glass and 3 great grandchildren.
